Yorkshire Dales Green Lanes Alliance Survey

The Yorkshire Dales Green Lanes Alliance (Yorkshire Dales Green Lanes Alliance YDGLA – Home) has notified our club of an important survey that includes questions about the future of green lanes.  Many of these have sustained serious damage from off-roaders (see the attached).

The Committee encourages members to participate in this survey, the closing date being 9 April 2022.  You will find website links and instructions on how to proceed in the attached.

The consultation document covers the future of National Parks and AONBs among other matters.  You need to read the Government’s response to the Julian Glover review before starting the survey.  The questions on green lanes appear toward the end of the survey.  Allow 20-40 minutes to complete it.
